Fall FunFest           Fall Funfest

On September 19th  Waban Projects, Inc., an organization that has been providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities for over 40 years, held its 4th annual Children's Fall FunFest and Mum Sale fundraiser hosted by Wallingford Farms in Kennebunk.  Children let loose in the “jumping house”, went for a pony rides, checked out educational toys, met and heard some of your favorite children's authors read from their books, participated in children's crafts, met, touched, and learned about sea anemones, starfish and reptiles, and helped support a worthy cause. Of course there was also clowns, face painting, pumpkin decorating, food, and a visit by Kenny Bear, the Kennebunk Savings Bank favorite bear! All proceeds from the sale of the mums and donations received from the children's events will be used to support Waban's children's programs.

We are very appreciative of all our sponsors and donors including our hosts at Wallingford Farms, and the following businesses:

Arundel Market,  Doles Orchards, Garden Street Market, Hannaford, Kennebunk Toy Company, Kolhs, McDougal Orchards, Rhumb Line Resort, Sanford Bonanza, Wears Bonnie, Your Body Works, and Eddy-Taylor Integrated Massage & Bodywork Studio.
