There are many ways you can help support Waban’s work, such as cash donations, business sponsorship, in-kind donations, planned gifts, bequests, and with your time through volunteering or participating in special events.
Over five decades Waban has continually expanded its services to meet the ongoing and ever-changing needs of children and adults with autism, intellectual/ developmental and other disabilities. Thousands of individuals have benefited from our services and have gone on to have high quality, fulfilling lives. They couldn’t have done so without the tremendous support that we receive from generous individuals, businesses, and community members. For that, we are very grateful.

Waban has a results-driven, evidence-based, and proven clinical approach to addressing the needs of children with autism. The new 7,000 square-foot Autism Therapy Wing addition to the existing 9,000 square-foot Fraser-Ford Child Development Center has been completed and opened with four new classrooms, multiple consulting rooms for therapists and other clinical specialists, and a large multi-purpose room. With new students enrolling and current students benefiting from the new gym-like multi-purpose space, we still need your help. Join the campaign today.
Volunteers have always been an important and integral part of our work at Waban. Their individual and collective efforts have contributed to meaningful experiences and the successes of thousands of children and adults who participate in our programs. Volunteer opportunities include fishing companions, card partners, reading, gardening, attending sporting or other community events, faith-based activities, running coaches, crafts, and many other fun-filled and rewarding events. Your tax deductible contribution will help to ensure that children and adults with developmental disabilities continue to get the essential services that they need. Waban, through its programs and services, helps improve the quality of living for more than 4,000 adults and children with autism, intellectual/developmental and other disabilities each year. But we can’t do it without community support. There are many ways to make a gift to Waban and change lives. Make a gift and make a difference.
